Viking Fest, a celebration of Scandinavian Heritage, was held April 27 and 28 at San Gabriel Park in Georgetown. Members of the Bosque County Chapter of the NST  attended the celebration and manned fund-raising, public relations, and heritage tables. Members working at the event were: Janelle Grimland, Ruth Shipley, Betty Tindall, Larry Huse, Cecil & Fran Tergerson, Larry Mickelson, and Mark & Jan Wallace.
