Norwegian Society Announces Raffle Winner 

Martin Hoel, of Clifton, was the winner of the sweater.  The sweater was donated by Dorothy Ann Brown of Clifton and  sold a total of $142 worth of chances.  Martin and Lydia each purchased tickets at the Septemberfest in Cranfills Gap. (1-28-04)

Raffle of Authentic Norwegian Cardigan

An anonymous donor has presented the Bosque County Norwegian Society of Texas with a genuine Norwegian cardigan.  The sweater is size Large, and may be worn by both men and women.  NST is selling raffle tickets for $2 each, or three for $5.  The beautiful sweater may be seen at the NST booth, located  in the Clifton Antique Mall.  Along with an  heirloom quilt featuring the Rock Church, the sweater will be on view and tickets sold  at Septemberfest and the Norwegian Country Christmas booth. 

 

All proceeds of this raffle will go toward the Jens Ringness Restoration Project, and are tax-deductible.  One may purchase raffle tickets at the mall or by mailing in the form below:
