SHORTFALL

$36,023.12

You will note that the shortfall is about the same as at the last accounting, but that is because I have added some expenses that aren’t part of Joe Brooks’ original bid of $64,000.  They are things, however, that will be necessary to complete Phase 1.  These are estimates only, and there may be items that we haven’t realized will be necessary.  Since we aren’t paying an architect, we are less sure of the estimates.
